About / Summary
I am the founder of immerso, a learning design studio focused on immersive, science-backed development that creates visible change in practice. My work is built on a simple belief: people change when they can explore, test and experience behavior in realistic situations.
My work combines structured thinking with practical intervention. I design programs and learning architectures, but I also help teams work through tension, support leaders in transition and turn unclear development needs into something concrete and useful.
I also work directly with people through mentoring, coaching and facilitated conversations, helping them navigate complex or sensitive situations.
My approach combines systemic coaching, neuroscience-based development, psychometrics and practical communication methods, especially in feedback, negotiation and presentation skills.
I also contribute to initiatives connected to learning and the future of work. For me, development is not only a service. It is a way to improve how people and organizations grow.
